Complementing Announcement number 77/UN7.A1/AK/2023 concerning Administrative Registration and Verification of Prospective New Students for the Undergraduate Program Independent Examination (UM) Academic Year 2023/2024 Diponegoro University, here we convey the provisions for Prospective New Student Candidates for the Undergraduate Program for Independent Examination (UM) Underprivileged Scheme:
- Prospective students are required to pay the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) according to what they choose
- Prospective students are required to fill in data and upload KIP-College requirements documents via regonline.undip.ac.id according to the registration schedule online. Prospective students who have filled in online registration data but have not completed the KIP-Kuliah section are required to complete the fields and upload KIP-Kuliah data.
- Prospective students who have filled in data and uploaded documents are required to take part in an interview which will be held during the Verification of Prospective New Students for the Undergraduate Program of the Independent Examination Pathway (UM).
- If other additional data is still needed, Diponegoro University will carry out a further selection.
- Prospective students who are declared to have passed as recipients of KIP-Kuliah will receive a refund of the UKT fee, but for prospective students who are declared not to have passed as recipients of KIP-Kuliah, UKT will be re-stipulated and required to pay the stipulated fee.
